My friend (aka the "Knitting Queen") uses these lovely plastic bread bag holder thingies as stitch markers.
She is a great knitter and has consistently perfect tension.
Even if she puts her work down for a couple of days, you can never tell.
So I'm sure you will agree that beautiful knitting needs beautiful stitch markers.
Luckily for her that it happens to be her birthday.
So I made her these.

She is very lucky to have such a talented friend to make her such nice birthday pressies. Much better than those bread tags. How funny and cute that she uses them, she must be a great recycler.
